Prices are per week and the cleaning, linen parcels, tourist tax and electricity/water are included. The linen parcels consists of bed linen, 1 beach towel and 2 bathroom towels per person and a set of kitchen towels.
Minimum stay is 1 week (Saturday to Saturday). Other arrival and departure days on application. Shorter stays are possible on application (a supplement will be charged).
We offer special group prices (bookings of 3 gîtes or more, up to 34 persons) beyond high season and school holidays. Prices on application.
For all reservations the arrival time is at 4 PM and departure before 10 AM.
The heated swimming pools are open from Easter weekend (half of April) until the 31st of October.
Animals are not allowed.
We ask a security deposit of Euro 500,-- for Le Pavillon and Euro 250,-- per gîte payable with the remainder of the rent and refunded by bank within 2 weeks after your departure.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RESERVATION:
Payments for reservations made into the account of Le Pavillon de St. Agnan imply that you agree to the conditions and terms stated below:1. Reservations
1.1 Reservations can be made by telephone, in writing or via the Internet. Reservations are only binding upon receipt of 50% of the total rent within 2 weeks of making your reservation
1.2 The remainder of the amount must be paid 6 weeks before arrival. If you make your reservation less than 6 weeks in advance, the amount of rent must be paid in full before arrival
1.3 The terms of cancellation (item 1.1) will apply to the amounts already paid in advance, and will not be reimbursed.
2. Terms of cancellation
2.1 Cancellations must be in writing and addressed to Le Pavillon de St. Agnan. After receipt, Le Pavillon de St. Agnan will confirm the cancellation.
2.2 For cancellations up to 6 weeks before the date of arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
2.3 The full amount will be charged for cancellations less than 6 weeks before date of arrival.
2.4 Cancellation insurance is not included in the rent and should be arranged for individually.
3. Responsibilities of the occupants and deposit
3.1 During your stay in one of the holiday cottages or the château at Le Pavillon de St. Agnan, you are fully liable for the house you have rented, including furnishings and all the items that belong to the house. Damage caused by the occupants/fellow travelers/guests must be paid immediately and in full to the proprietor.
3.2 We ask a security deposit of Euro 500,-- for Le Pavillon and Euro 250,-- per gîte payable with the remainder of the rent and refunded by the bank within 2 weeks after your departure.
4. Responsibility of Le Pavillon de St. Agnan
4.1 Le Pavillon de St. Agnan cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, damage or injury, of all kinds (including the use of the pool), caused to or by tenants of the other holiday houses.
5. Maximum occupation, guests, pets
5.1 You have to respect the maximum capacity of the houses, mentioned on our website and in our brochure. By over running this number of persons the rental agreement is considered decomposed and entrance to the house is refused.
5.2 Visitors have to be announced. Visitors are not allowed to use the swimming pool.
5.3 Animals are not allowed.
6. Use of the swimming pool
6.1 Tenant declares, during her/his stay at Le Pavillon de St. Agnan, to be fully responsible for herself/himself, minor children, fellow travelers and her/his guests, to close the gate of the pool.
